Resolution of the Natural Environment Board meeting on 16 October 2023 to the Finance Committee and Policy and Resources Committee.

Members received a resolution from the 16 October meeting of the Natural Environment Board concerning the Target Operating Model.

The Executive Director of Natural Environment informed Members that the resolution had led to positive discussions and the formation of a business case for the Monument.
