The Chair advised of a potential  risk to the quorum, due to couple of City of London Corporation Meetings running concurrently.  Therefore, the running order on the agenda would be amended to take Epping Forest business first.

Apologies were received from Alderman and Sheriff Bronek Masojada, Nicholas Lyons, Andrew McMurtrie and Jaspreet Hodgson.
