Report of the Executive Director, Community and Children’s Services.

The Committee received a report of the Executive Director, Community and Children’s Services in respect of sales and lettings agreed since the last meeting of the Committee. A Member was keen for the Committee to be provided with further information on the amount of lease extensions granted and the costs surrounding this. The Executive Director advised the Committee this shall be provided at a future meeting.

RESOLVED, that – the report and its contents be noted.
