Minutes:

The Committee received a verbal update from the Assistant Director in respect of Repairs & Maintenance Mobilisation.

It was confirmed that de-mobilisation of the existing contract and mobilisation of the new was on track and there were no projected issues with 1^st April 2025 being the start date.
