Report of The Executive Director, Community and Children’s Services.

The Committee received a report of The Executive Director, Community and Children’s Services in respect of an update concerning the Major Works Programme Board.

The Assistant Director highlighted to the Committee the key areas of the Major Works Programme of the Board being the plan preventative maintenance programme, the capital expenditure plan and the contracts matrix. He advised the discussions around these areas had begun with a view to complete these works by the end of 2025.

RESOLVED, that – the report and its contents be noted.
