In accordance with Standing Order 35((2) the quorum was not established within ten minutes of the time stated on the Summons. As such, the formal meeting was dissolved and formal consideration of the business was adjourned to the next regular meeting unless, in the opinion of the Chair/Chairman, a special meeting should be called before that date
