(a) The Right Honourable the Lord Mayor to lay before the Court a letter from Alderman Robert Hall offering to surrender his office as Alderman for the Ward of Farringdon Within. 

 

(b) The Right Honourable the Lord Mayor to lay before the Court a letter from Alderman Andrew Parmley offering to surrender his office as Alderman for the Ward of Vintry.

The Town Clerk lay before the Court a letter from Alderman Robert Hall offering to surrender his Office of Alderman of the Ward of Farringdon Within and a letter from Alderman Dr Andrew Parmley offering to surrender his Office of Alderman of the Ward of Vintry.
