Meeting of The Committee of Aldermen to Administer the Sir William Coxen Trust Fund, Tuesday, 9th September, 2014 10.15 am (Item 8.)

Would all Members agree to the proposal that going forward the William Coxen Trust meet at the rising of the Emanuel Charitable Hospital. As both these meetings are relatively short and require the presence of at least 3 Alderman to be quorate.

The next proposed meeting date is the 3 December at 2.15 or at the rising of the Emanuel Charitable Hospital Trust whichever is earlier.
