The Committee received a report of the Chief Grants Officer which advised Members of nine expenditure items, totalling £63,186, which had been presented for approval under delegated authority to the Chief Grants Officer, in consultation with the Chairman and Deputy Chairman.

·         VoluntaryAction Harrow - £3,400(8.5days) toprovide an eco-audit.

·         CommunitiesWelfareNetwork - £20,310over twoyears (£7,782;£12,528)towards thecost of the ESOLtutorandprogrammecosts relatedto thedelivery of ESOLclasses at level 1 and level 2.

·         BellFarm Christian Centre - £2,328forthecostsofanindependentaccess audit;designappraisalfora newextension;and Access& DisabilityEqualityTrainingforstaffand volunteers.

·         MidiMusicCompany - £19,200towardsthecostsof tutors,BSL Interpretersandproject management.

·         ToynbeeHall - £4,998to commissionan access auditand consultancyto informredevelopment plans.

·         CityBridge Trust –London BombingsFund - £4,000fora StrategicInitiativeto commissionan analysis and appraisalofthe establishmentand work ofthe LondonBombingsRelief Charitable Fund.The findingswould be publishedand launchedin 2015to mark the10th anniversaryof theLondonBombings.

·         CharityFinance Group - £4,950forthecosts ofa reviewofthe provisionof communityaccountingsupportservices tosmall charitiesin London.
