Report of the Chamberlain.

The Committee received the new Risk Management Strategy and plans for the phased roll-out within Departments and City of London Institutions. Members noted that the Town Clerk’s department would be reviewed on 24^th February 2015. In response to a Member’s request, officers undertook to circulate the Risk Tracker on a quarterly basis, alongside the Business Plan update.

RESOLVED – That the Risk Management Strategy and planned roll-out be noted, and the Risk Tracker be circulated to Members on a quarterly basis.
