Item 3 – North Wing St Bartholowmew’s Hospital – The Comptroller and City Solicitor advised that the proceedings for the proposed Maggies Centre had been stayed to allow for mediation to agree a common ground and the issues in dispute.

Item 7 – Redevelopment of Fleet Building and Plumtree Court – Potential Acquisition of Land for Planning Purposes – Members were informed that this report had been deferred from the Agenda (Item 8) as discussions were ongoing.
