Report of The Chamberlain and The Director of Community and Children's Services.

The Committee received a joint report of the Chamberlain and the Director of Community and Children’s Services presenting the Revenue Outturn for 2013/14, which detailed a ‘better than budget’ position of £34,000. Members were informed that this was because of a reduction in net expenditure on the Gresham Almshouses of £30,000, primarily due to a reduced requirement for repairs and maintenance and employee expenses.
