Ian Seaton declared a non-pecuniary interest in respect of London Youth, by virtue of his Livery Company supporting the organisation. The Deputy Chief Grants Officer declared a non-pecuniary interest in item 11ff, which, owing to additional information received, would be discussed in non-public session.
