The public minutes of the meeting held on 2 May 2012 were approved, subject to the following amendment:

In response to a question from the Chairman, the Superintendent advised that it was currently unclear as to whether Local Nature Reserve status would conflict with the Highgate & Kilburn Open Spaces Act 1886, and legal advice would be sought before any decisions were made.
