(a) The Right Honourable the Lord Mayor to lay before the Court a letter from Alderman Gordon Haines offering to surrender his Office of Alderman of the Ward of Queenhithe; and

(b) The Right Honourable the Lord Mayor to lay before the Court a letter from Alderman Sir Roger Gifford offering to surrender his Office of Alderman of the Ward of Cordwainer.

The Town Clerk lay before the Court a letter from Alderman Gordon Haines offering to surrender his Office of Alderman of the Ward of Queenhithe and a letter from Alderman Sir Roger Gifford offering to surrender his Office of Alderman of the Ward of Cordwainer.
