To agree the non-public minutes of the meeting held on 9 May 2016.
Minutes:
As a consequence of the 19th September 2016 Board meeting being inquorate, the non-public minutes of the meeting held on 9 May 2016 were considered and approved as a correct record.
RESOLVED – At 3.45pm, Governors agreed to suspend Standing Order No. 40 in order to conclude the business on the agenda.
