To agree the minutes of the previous meeting.

Resolved – that the minutes be agreed as an accurate record.

Matters Arising:

The Board were informed that signs had been erected close to stairwells in Guildhall under the StepJockey initiative informing City Corporation staff of the number of steps and calories which would be burned from using the stairs. A Board Member asked Officers to investigate whether these signs could be placed in other Corporation buildings. A Board Member also highlighted that he had requested Officers to look into the possibility of staff using the swimming pool at the City of London Boys School.
