Report of the Town Clerk.

The Sub-Committee considered a report of the Town Clerk which set out the outstanding actions from previous meetings of the Sub-Committee.

The Chairman commented that the presentations considered earlier in the meeting demonstrated the importance of ensuring that a process for encouraging staff suggestions was embedded within the Departmental Business Planning process.

RESOLVED – That the Committee notes the report.
