Minutes:

Members received a report of the Town Clerk setting out the Terms of Reference for the Committee. The Chairman advised that these were unaffected by the governance suggestions outlined elsewhere in the agenda.

RESOLVED – That the Committee approves the Terms of Reference of the Gresham (City Side) Committee for submission to the Court of Common Council.
