To approve the public minutes of the meeting held on 30 May 2017.

The minutes of the meeting held on 30 May 2017 were approved, subject to noting the following points:

·       Mr Simons had given apologies for this meeting.

·       The Deputy Chairman asked for thanks to be recorded for former Common Councilman, Mrs Anne Pembroke, for raising the issue in respect of the lavatories at Artizan Street.
