To elect a Deputy Chairman in accordance with Standing Order 30.

Minutes:

Follow a ballot, in which Mr John Fletcher received 5 votes and Alderman David Graves received 4 votes, Mr John Fletcher was elected as Deputy Chairman for the ensuing year.
