Apologies were received from Deputy John Bennett, Alderman Ian Luder, and the Rt Honourable the Lord Mayor Alderman Peter Estlin.

The Chairman thanked Alderman Mainelli for, in the absence of Alderman Luder, taking the chair of the Joint Grand Gresham Committee which would be convening later that morning.
