The Comptroller and City Solicitor reported that at a reconvened Wardmote held on 12th September 2017 for the election of an Alderman for the Ward of Tower, Nicholas Stephen Leland Lyons was duly elected as Alderman of the Ward.

Alderman Nicholas Stephen Leland Lyons made and subscribed the declaration for the due execution of the Office, the Oath of Allegiance and the Judicial Oath.
