REPORTS OF THE GENERAL PURPOSES COMMITTEE OF ALDERMEN

(i) Letter of Intent – Guild of Investment Managers

Resolved:- That the Guild of Investment Managers be recognised as a City Guild subject to a number of specified conditions.

(ii) Transfer of Trusteeship – Emanuel Hospital charity (206952)

Resolved:-That trusteeship of the Emanuel Hospital charity (206952) be retained, thereby superseding the earlier decisions of the Court of Aldermen on 7^th March 2017 and 5^th December 2017 to transfer the trusteeship to another charity; and that all necessary arrangements be made on that basis.

(iii) 71^st (City of London) Yeomanry Signal Regiment – Privileged Status

Resolved:-That the 71^st (City of London) Yeomanry Signal Regiment be recognised as a Privileged regiment of the City of London.
