Report of the Town Clerk.

The Sub-Committee considered a report of the Town Clerk which set out the work plan for future meetings.

Members agreed that given the City Surveyor and the Director of the Built Environment will be bringing Reports to the next meeting of the Sub-Committee on 13^th July, officers should reschedule the Managing Director of the Barbican Centre’s slot for later in 2018.

RESOLVED – That the Sub-Committee notes the report.
