Minutes:

The Town Clerk noted that Shravan Joshi CC and Deputy Kevin Everett CC had been appointed to the Committee in September 2018 but that their names had been omitted from the agenda sheet in error.

Apologies were received from Deputy Kevin Everett, Deputy Henry Pollard, Vivienne Littlechild OBE, Deputy Edward Lord, Deputy Catherine McGuinness, Wendy Mead, Alderman Sir Andrew Parmley, John Scott (Chief Commoner) and Ian Seaton.
