Minutes:

Members considered a report of the Town Clerk regarding meetings of the Board of Governors, and Committees in 2019 and terms of references of Committees, and the following points were made.

Nominations Committee

· Members agreed that the Nominations Committee should definitely advertise vacancies, rather than only considering their advertisement, and that the terms of reference be amended accordingly.
