Due to the meeting being inquorate, the public minutes of the meeting held on 23^rd September 2019 will be resubmitted for approval to the meeting of the Board on 17^th February 2020.

Officers confirmed that, in light of recent events, all staff Members holding auditions in Hong Kong had safely departed.
