Members are asked to consider a date for the AGM in January 2020 and to note provisional dates for RCC meetings in 2020; ie 2 weeks before BRC Meetings, as follows:

31^st August or Members might prefer 7^th September – BRC meets on 14^th September

30^th November

Members received a report of the Chamberlain and the Director of Community and Children’ Services in respect of
