Meeting of Reference Sub Committee of the Board of Governors of the City of London School for Girls, Thursday, 17th October, 2019 11.00 am (Item 3.)

To receive the Sub-Committee’s terms of reference, as agreed at the Board of Governors meeting held on 10 June 2019.

Minutes:

In considering the terms of reference, the Chairman noted that a proposal to merge the Reference and Finance Sub-Committees would be considered at the next meeting of the Board of Governors on 2 December 2019.

RESOLVED, that the terms of reference for the Reference Sub-Committee be received.
