Minutes:
The Committee considered a Report of the Chamberlain concerning fees for commercial negotiations in relation to the Combined Heat and Power System.
RESOLVED – that the Committee noted the contents of the report and confirmed their agreement to the allocation of a further £84,000 from Finance Committee contingencies for fees to provide in-house technical support, and external legal support, for the commercial negotiations with Citigen for an estimated period of eight months.
