Report of the Director of the Built Environment.

The Committee considered a report of the Director of the Built Environment seeking approval for a proposed amendment to the London Councils Transport and Environment Committee agreement which would have the effect of delegating to them certain regulatory functions relating tot eh coordination and installation of Electric Vehicle charging points and associated infrastructure.

RESOLVED – That, Members:

·         Agree the proposed amendment to Agreement as set out in full in Appendix 1; and

·         Authorise the Town Clerk to sign and return the letter as set out in Appendix 1.
