During the period 27 November 2023 to 10 March 2024, Natasha Lloyd-Owen will be on maternity leave. Alderwoman Susan Pearson has appointed Anne Corbett to act in the role of Ward Deputy for Cripplegate during this time.
Natasha Lloyd-Owen has lived in the City of London for seven years. She is a Labour councillor, ward Deputy and member of the City’s ward-level Climate Action pilot. Natasha works as a barrister specialising in crime, inquests and public inquiries at 25 Bedford Row Chambers.
She is a trained community mediator, lecturer on Transnational Criminal Justice and was a member of JUSTICE's working party on ‘Mental health and fair trial’.
Natasha’s key focus areas are homelessness, mental ill-health and action on climate change. She is a member of the Sports Strategy Sounding Board and was a member of the City’s Tackling Racism Taskforce before it was disbanded. She is committed to seeing greater voter engagement and diversity across the City of London Corporation’s Common Council.
