Frances Leach

Frances Leach is a Labour Party councillor for Cripplegate and works as a strategic communications professional in the international development sector.

Leach is a member of the Human Rights Watch 'Next Generation' committee, a fellow at the RSA and sits on the Communications Steering Group of the international development network BOND.

Frances’ key focus areas are climate, culture and international trade. She is committed to widening diversity on the City of London Corporation’s Common Council.
