Committee details

The Standards Committee will hear and determine any allegation that a member has failed, or may have failed, to comply with the code of conduct with hearings through a Hearing Sub-Committee.

The Hearing Sub-Committee will consist of four members of the Standards Committee, including three elected members of the Corporation and one non-voting co-opted member.  Members should not be selected to sit on the Hearing Sub-Committee if they were selected to sit on the Assessment Sub-Committee in relation to the same complaint.
