Committee details

The Performance and Resource Management Committee of the Police Authority Board plays a key role in the effective scrutiny and oversight of the City of London Police. Specifically, it is responsible for overseeing the monitoring of performance against the City of London Policing Plan; overseeing the Force’s resource management in order to maximise the efficient and effective use of resources; making recommendations to change procedures; monitoring government, police authorities and other external agency’s policies and actions relating to police performance and advising as appropriate.
