Members received a report of the Director of Community and Children’s Services on the review of the estate-wide implementations of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Measures (KPIs) for the quarter April to June 2018.  The Frobisher Crescent representative advised that they were in discussion with the Arts Centre in respect of Sculpture Court and were hoping to conclude the matter in the autumn.

 

Although feedback in respect of the new service charges letter had been low, responses had been positive and this template is now in use.  There was no data as yet on a cost benefit analysis.  The Chairman thanked Anne Mason and the Service Charges Working Party for their work on the enhanced letter template
