Members noted that former Deputy Chairman of the RCC, had stood down as the Mountjoy House representative and was represented at this meeting by Andrew Hawkins.  With effect from the next meeting, this would be Joe Reeves.  Members also noted that Brandon Mews had a new representative, James Ball, who would be in attendance from the next meeting. Brandon Mews was represented by Humfrey Brandes at tonight’s meeting. 

To agree the minutes of the Barbican Residents’ Consultation Committee (RCC) held on 4 March 2019.

RESOLVED, That – the minutes of the meeting held on 4 March 2019 be approved as a correct record.

Report of the Director of Community and Children’s Services.

Members received a report of the Director of Community and Children’s Services, which provided an update on the Estate-wide implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for January to March 2019.  The report also included comments from the House Officers and Resident Working Parties and an on-going action plan for each SLA.

Members received a report of the Director of Community and Children’s Services, in respect of the Annual Review on the Charging Policy for Car Parking and Stores on the Barbican Estate.

Please note:  The Underfloor Heating Working Party was due to meet on 6^th June 2019. This was rescheduled to 13^th June but as a number of working party members (officers) were unable to make this date, it was agreed that resident members would meet on the 6^th June as previously arranged. An update will be provided to the next committee.
