Apologies Minutes: Members noted that former Deputy Chairman of the RCC, had stood down as the Mountjoy House representative and was represented at this meeting by Andrew Hawkins. With effect from the next meeting, this would be Joe Reeves. Members also noted that Brandon Mews had a new representative, James Ball, who would be in attendance from the next meeting.
