Madush Gupta leads Innovation and Fintech for the Capital Markets at Lloyds Banking Group, having worked at several leading City institutions during his career. Madush trained as an accountant at Deloitte after graduating in Law from the University of Manchester. Madush is a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded companies in Insurtech, Proptech, and a Mayfair private members club.
Madush’s key focus areas are Neuro-diversity, Innovation and Digital Transformation, Education and Culture. He is committed to seeing greater voter engagement and diversity across the City of London Corporation. Madush is a signatory to the City of London Corporation Members’ Diversity Charter, is Bipolar and proud of his Anglo-Indian heritage.
Outside appointments include a Trusteeship of Central Foundation Schools of London (CSFL) where he is chair of the Investment Committee. Madush is also a board director of the Centre for Finance, Innovation and Technology and Innovate Finance.
