Florence has worked in the City of London for the last 16 years and currently works for a leading financial institution as a Programme Manager.
As a tech enthusiast, Florence is firmly embedded in the London tech ecosystem and passionate about companies using tech to drive innovation. In her spare time, she advises early-stage start-ups on their People Strategy and go to market strategy.
Florence is also a member of the Institute of Directors where she is the Vice-Chair of the Young Executives Special Interest Group.
