Committee details

The Property Investment Board is appointed by the Investment Committee. The Board is responsible for determining and approving management and investment matters relating to the property within the City’s Cash, City Fund and Bridge House Estates in accordance with the management plans and investment strategies. The Board is also responsible for acquisition, management and disposal of all City property within its remit. Rental activity at Leadenhall Market is also overseen by the Board.
