Sandra worked in Central London for her whole career, of which 20 years were in the City. She was an HR Director specialising in start ups and mergers.
Latterly she set up her own business as a management consultant, advising Boards and Executive Committees on start ups and mergers, transformation, culture change, organisational design, governance and strategic employment issues.
She lives at the Barbican and was the Chair of the Residents’ Consultation Committee for over 2 years.
